Biking in St. George, Utah

We try to stop in St George, Utah on our way north in the Spring, and on our way south in the Fall. The primary attraction are the numerous biking trails here.

We stay at the Temple View RV Park because it is close to a bike trail that leads to multiple trails that go through local parks, along the Virgin River, or through farm country. We take a different trail every time, and have yet to get to all the trails available! We can literally spend hours on these beautiful trails.

As you can see, Fall has turned the leaves to a brilliant gold and yellow, especially those along the river. today, it was a sunny day and 80°, perfect for an afternoon bike ride. There are multiple bridges over the river. Some parts go through residential areas, some through farm and ranch country, some wander through city parks, and some wind along the river.

As you can see from the cover photo, at the park we are parked in is fairly close to other rigs. It’s not ideal, but neighbors are friendly, and the place is quiet. We are close to bike trails, the temple (when renovations are complete), shopping, and restaurants. We have a week to enjoy all these attractions.
